2
Consultation and Fit

A meeting will be scheduled to understand your preferences and intended use. You will be asked to complete a fitment form with the necessary measurements. We recommend consulting a professional bike fitter to ensure accuracy.

3
Design and Component Selection

Santa Clara Bikes will create a custom design based on the information you provide. After reviewing the design, we will discuss suitable component options for the build. Once the design and component selection are approved, payment for the components will be requested.
